Cloud Migration & Automation

Migration designed around what you actually run, and automation that keeps the estate from drifting.

Overview

What this gives you

A cloud migration is a re-platforming programme, not a copy operation. The shape of the estate, the way identity is managed and the way environments are promoted all change — and each of those decisions determines whether the cloud bill behaves.

We assess, design a landing zone, and migrate in waves with automated provisioning underneath. Once the estate is live, cost and drift governance becomes part of the operating rhythm rather than a quarterly exercise.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A single well-understood workload is usually weeks. A full data centre exit is a programme measured in quarters, and we phase it so each wave delivers value on its own.

Some workloads should stay where they are. We assess each one on its merits rather than assuming a single answer for the whole estate.

Through budgets and allocation set from the start, a monthly review rhythm, commitment planning where it makes sense, and continuous right-sizing.
