How Quridge handles your information

1. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways.

Information you give us

• Enquiry forms — name, organisation, email address, phone number and the content of your message, submitted through the contact, training registration or support forms.
• Correspondence — emails, calls and meeting notes exchanged with our team.
• Account and transaction records — where you are a client, the commercial and technical information necessary to deliver, support and invoice for our services.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs including IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps.
• Aggregate, non-identifying analytics about how visitors use the site.
• Cookies used for essential site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and deliver the services you request.
• To provide training registration, scheduling and course material.
• To administer annual maintenance contracts, warranty claims and service history.
• To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations, including record-keeping under applicable Indian law.
• To improve the website and the services we offer.

We rely on your consent for marketing communications, and you may withdraw it at any time by writing to mail@quridge.com. Service and contractual communications are not marketing communications and will continue while our relationship does.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who host our website, deliver email, manage our CRM or provide analytics — under written confidentiality obligations.
• Our technology partners where necessary to deliver a product or service you have requested, such as a hardware supplier commissioning an installation.
• Authorities where we are legally required to disclose it.

4. Retention

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from the last interaction. Client and contract records are retained for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law, typically eight years, and for the warranty and AMC period of the products supplied. Training records are retained for two years to issue duplicate certificates.

5. Security

We apply the same discipline to information security that we apply in our delivery practice: access controls on a need-to-know basis, encryption in transit and at rest, logging of administrative actions, documented incident handling and periodic review of our controls. Where you submit information through this site it is transmitted over an encrypted connection.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop using it for marketing. Write to mail@quridge.com and we will respond within 30 days. Please note that we may be required to retain certain records for legal or contractual reasons.

7. Data from third-party sites

This website may link to partner and reference sites. Once you follow such a link you are on that site's privacy terms, not ours. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

8. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may then be unavailable.
