Decision first
Every model is tied to a decision and an owner who acts on it.
Practical machine learning and automation — scoped to problems that genuinely benefit.
Most AI projects fail on scope, not technology. The question — what decision does this model change, and who acts on it — is usually unanswered, and an accurate model that changes nothing is an expensive dashboard.
We start with the decision and the data, build the smallest thing that can be evaluated, and only invest further once the evaluation shows the approach works. Where a rules engine is the right answer, that is what we recommend.
Every model is tied to a decision and an owner who acts on it.
ETL and cleansing handled before any modelling begins.
Held-out evaluation and monitoring for drift, not a demo score.
Automation that changes what happens, not just what you see.
| Area | What we deliver |
|---|---|
| Real-time and batch ETL | Pipelines that move and shape data reliably between systems |
| Fraud detection | Rules and models that surface the events worth acting on |
| Event monitoring | Streaming detection with alerting on meaningful patterns |
| Recommendation systems | Personalisation, cross-sell and content recommendation |
| Prediction and forecasting | Demand, churn and risk forecasting with stated confidence |
| Workflow automation | Process automation that removes manual handling end to end |
The situations this is most often specified for, based on what we are asked to quote most often.
In the workshop. If a deterministic rule or a well-built report solves the problem more cheaply and more reliably, we will say so and build that instead.
With a held-out evaluation set agreed before training, plus drift monitoring in production. Success is measured against a baseline, not an accuracy figure on its own.
In your environment. We do not ship client data to a third-party platform, and we deploy into the region and accounts you specify.
